The City's Americans with Disabilities Act Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan was adopted in August 2026 and establishes the City of Ridgefield’s ongoing commitment to providing equitable access for all, including those with disabilities.
This plan will be used to help guide future planning and implementation of necessary accessibility improvements.
Public participation was an essential element during plan development. Thank you to all who participated and provided feedback during this process.
The City received a $56,000 grant from the U.S Department of Transportation's Safe Streets for All program in 2024-2025.
